Terms of Business

1:- Full payment must be cleared at least 10 days before the date of the photography day.

2:- You will be contacted the evening before the photography shoot and also on the morning of the shoot should the weather conditions be a little uncertain. You must provide contact numbers prior, during or after the order.

3:- If adverse weather conditions affect the day and it is necessary to re-schedule then this will be done on a mutually convenient date for all parties involved.

4:- If you cancel the booking for any reason then you will receive a refund for the total amount paid less £50, or if a legitimate reason and at least 48 hours notice given then the booking can be carried forward to another date without penalty.

5:- If in the very unlikely event that Neil has to cancel the agreed date for the photography day due to circumstances beyond his control, then a full refund will be given or an alternative date offered.

6:- Neil Collier cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to valuables or personal injury on any photography day and those in attendance do so at their own risk.

7:- Additional costs such as admission tickets and meals are not included unless clearly stated. If any other costs are likely for any location then these will be made clear during the booking process.

8:- Any person with a health condition is advised to contact Neil for information on locations prior to booking. Neil will accommodate those with particular needs wherever possible.

9:- Booking for any photography day must be made in one payment. For groups of two or three individuals a single payment is required for the entire group.

10:- If purchasing a course as a gift, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make payment in full, and also providing the contact details of the nominee.

11:- Only paying individuals are permitted to attend the photography day event with a maximum of three for any booking plus the tutor Neil Collier. Additional people attending in any capacity will result in cancellation of the session. This strict rule is to guarantee fairness and priority to those officially registered for the event.
